Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to all mobile applications developed and published by Addscribe, LLC and Ryan Egbejule-Jalla ("I", "me", or "my") including all apps available on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. By using any of my apps, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy.
1. Information I Collect
Depending on the app you use, I may collect the following types of information:
a. Information You Provide
- Account information – such as your name, email address, username, and password when you create an account.
- User-generated content – any content you submit, upload, or share within the app.
b. Information Collected Automatically
- Usage data – how you interact with the app, features you use, and time spent.
- Device information – device type, operating system, unique device identifiers, and app version.
- Crash reports and diagnostics – to help identify and fix technical issues.
- Location data – approximate or precise location, only when you grant permission.
c. Information from Third Parties
Third-party services integrated into my apps may collect additional data as described in Section 4.
2. How I Use Your Information
I use the information collected to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve app functionality
- Personalize your experience
- Process in-app purchases and subscriptions
- Send important notices (e.g. account, security, or policy updates)
- Serve relevant advertisements
- Analyze usage trends to improve future apps
- Detect, prevent, and address technical issues or abuse
3. In-App Purchases
Some apps offer in-app purchases or subscriptions. These transactions are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. I do not directly collect or store your payment information. Please refer to Apple's or Google's privacy policies for details on how they handle payment data.
4. Third-Party Services
My apps may use the following third-party services, each with their own privacy policies:

5. Advertising
Some of my apps display ads via Google AdMob. AdMob may use your data to show personalized ads based on your interests. You can opt out of personalized advertising by:
- On Android: Going to Settings → Google → Ads → Opt out of Ads Personalization
- On iOS: Going to Settings → Privacy → Apple Advertising → Turn off Personalized Ads

6. Data Retention
I retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to provide the service or as required by law. If you delete your account or uninstall the app, your data will be deleted or anonymized within a reasonable time, unless I am legally required to retain it.
7. Children's Privacy
My apps are not directed at children under the age of 13 (or 16 in certain jurisdictions). I do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through one of my apps, please contact me at the email below and I will promptly delete it.
8. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal data I hold about you
- Correct inaccurate or incomplete data
- Delete your personal data ("right to be forgotten")
- Object to or restrict certain types of processing
- Data portability – receive your data in a structured format
- Withdraw consent at any time (where processing is based on consent)

9. Security
I take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and I cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Changes to This Policy
I may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When I do, I will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. For significant changes, I may also notify you through the app or via email. Your continued use of my apps after changes are made constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
