Users can request services, receive up to three recommended providers, choose their preferred professional, and pay securely with funds held safely until service completion. The platform supports NDIS schemes and other government programs, making it accessible for users requiring specialized care and support services. Service providers can manage their business through a dedicated contractor dashboard, while users have full visibility into their service requests and status throughout the booking process.

Challenges
- Working without a design system or UI/UX designs, requiring creation of layouts and interfaces from scratch
- Receiving only logo and color scheme (orange and green) and needing to design the entire visual structure
- Implementing responsive layouts and user flows for both customer and contractor dashboards

- Designed and implemented the entire frontend UI/UX layout using Next.js after receiving only the logo and brand colors
